  • Cyril manages the global Development of Process Communication Model®.
  • Process Communication Model® Master Trainer certified, he provides certification of Process Communication Model® Train-the-Trainer sessions.
  • He is fond of psychology and obtained a Master of economics at the Sorbonne University. He joined Kahler Communication France in 2004 as a Manager of the training center after a recruitment consultant experience.
  • He joined the Process Communication Model® trainer-consultant team in 2006.
  • Also certified in Interqualia, trained to Berne theoretical organization, Behavioral and neurocognitive approach, trainer to public speaking, Cyril was a beaming trainer for 10 years. He now focuses on the management of structures.
  • Cyril particularly likes the human and multicultural richness of his position.

Dr. Taibi Kahler
President Emeritus, Kahler Communications, Inc.

  • Dr. Kahler is the originator of the Process Communication Model® and Process Therapy Model.
  • He is a Clinical Psychologist and Process Communication Model® Certifying Master Trainer, he provides certification of Process Communication Model® Master Trainer sessions.
  • Dr. Kahler holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Child Development and Family Life from Perdue University.
  • In 1977, Dr. Kahler received the Eric Berne Memorial Scientific Award.
  • He Worked with Dr. Terry McGuire, NASA's Lead Psychiatrist for Manned Spaceflight
  • He's held memberships in four high I.Q. societies, and received the 2006 Hall of Fame Award from Intertel.
  • Dr. Kahler has authored 4 books, in five languages, and more than 80 articles and other publications. He has presented at 130 national and international conventions.
  • Dr. Kahler has been communication advisor and friend to former President Clinton and acted as an advisor to his Presidential campaigns in the field of psychodemographics.

  • Worked in manufacturing and aviation training industries.
  • Retired Navy Commander with 46 combat sorties during Desert Storm.
  • Master’s degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with concentration on Human Factors/Safety and Adult Education technology.
  • BS in Physics from Montclair State University, Magna Cum Laude.
  • Publications: Co-authored two published papers on reducing human error for the U.S. Air Force at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference in 2008 (Best Paper Nominee) and in 2010.
  • An avid outdoorsman, Airline Transport rated pilot, FAA designated Gold Seal Flight Instructor, former Scoutmaster and a Commissioned Kentucky Colonel.
  • Blessed through life with his lifelong partner and wife, Janine, and two sons, Seth and Ethan.

  • Victoria has a great experience in companies ( Savencia Group , Berchet Group) where she was in charge of Sales, Marketing and General Management in a subsidiary.
  • As a business person she created her own companies in 2002 in the field of B2B counselling and consultancy.
  • Trainer since 2002 she discovered Process Communication Model® in 2010 and became a certified trainer in 2012.
  • In 2016 she became Master Trainer and involved in developing the Model in Russia, France and the rest of the world.
  • Victoria has studied Arab philology at St Petersburg University and has graduated a MBA in Sales High school (HEC)
  • She was certified Executive Coach by HEC.
  • Victoria is also trained in other training and coaching tools:

  • As a business person he worked in the pharmacy sector in sales, management and marketing.
  • In consultancy from 2003 - Krauthammer – Behavioral Change Consulting
  • Managing Director Slovakia for Krauthammer (from 2007-2012) leading a team of consultants
  • Has experience in these companies and more: Abbott, Amadeus, Bayer, Business Lease, Gefco, GSK, Merck, Orange, Siemens, VW.
  • A certified trainer for Global Bayer Leadership Academy
  • He discovered Process Communication Model® in 2010 and became a certified trainer in 2014 and a certified coach in 2014.
  • Marián studied at Comenius University of Bratislava and graduated with a degree in pharmacy. He also attended Krauthammer University studying leadership and management topics, working as a trainer for consultants (train the trainer)
  • Following Modelling excellence (NLP) course, Intercultural communication, Systemic Approach, Train the coach, Gamification and others
  • He speaks fluent English, Slovak and Czech.

  • She provides support and marketing initiatives to grow PCM in the U.S.
  • She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University.
  • Heather’s sales and customer service experience comes from spending the last 10 years as a Bank Manager.
  • Heather brings sales, marketing, and customer service skills to grow our US Market. She sees the value of PCM and is excited to help others to learn PCM. She is committed to helping our trainers, coaches, and distributors also be successful in growing their PCM business.
  • Heather is married and has two wonderful children. She enjoys spending time with family, painting, and going to the beach.

  • Today he has trained more than 3000 people over 12 years on different subjects from public speaking to communication management and management skills.
  • He has been studying comedy since he was 11 years-old with passion and talent. Involved in transmitting his faith in Emotional Intelligence Mickael integrates comedy and emotion expressions in his training method.

  • Céline is the administrative assistant of Kahler Communication Europe and Kahler Communications, Inc. together with Phyllis Baltz. She joined the team in 2011.
  • As Cyril Collignon’s assistant, she provides support in the development of Process Communication Model worldwide.
  • After 4 years in England, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Civilization.
  • With a background in the catering industry, Céline is good with customer service and relationship-buiding.
  • Céline is your main contact for any administrative-related requests for Europe and Asia.
  • She particularly enjoys studying human behavior and child psychology.

  • Phyllis joined the Kahler Communications team in October 2000 as Office Manager and secretary on the Board of Directors.
  • As Cyril Collignon’s U.S. assistant and in collaboration with Celine Pelletier at Kahler Communication Europe, she provides support in the development of Process Communication Model® for the U.S. and Canada.
  • She obtained a bachelor’s degree in education with emphasis in Math and a M.A. in Music. She also obtained an MRE with emphasis in Pastoral Ministry.
  • Phyllis is your main contact for any administrative-related requests for the United States and Canada.
  • With her husband, Rusty, she particularly enjoys boating, playing duplicate bridge and traveling.

  • Eric has been the contract software developer and technical consultant for Kalher Communications since 1994.
  • Joined Kahler Communications full time in February 2015 as IT Manager for KCI.
  • Has worked in the IT industry since 1982 as a software developer and consultant in a number of industries including manufacturing, education, healthcare, legal and software development.
  • Eric and his wife Julie enjoy traveling, hiking, camping and Geocaching.
